At Brunelle, customer satisfaction is our priority.


Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Fashion jewellery, innerwear, and personal-use items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons unless received damaged.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
